Nestled just inside our entrance you'll find Kumo's very own little omiyage* stand. The Kumo shop features products we've sourced from Japanese and local craftsmen and designers to bring that touch of Japan to your home and lifestyle.
We've brought to these shores aromatics such as the Saio bath salts, and Kouyou incense, to soothe and rejuvenate the senses, funky Kojimanadoko bags, for your shopping and lifestyle needs, Tadafusa cooking knives, to bring out the inner sushi chef in you, and even the Miyama craft tableware which we use in Kumo Izakaya. Artisan Yamanaka lacquerware from Ishikawa prefecture - renowned for their quality in Japan - is also available. Featured local designer goods include Japanese-inspired Oishi-m babywear, Bellroy slim wallets and Stormur tea towels and silk scarves, which have a cloud design on, fitting with Kumo, which means cloud.
The next time you drop by, why not have a browse of our little omiyage stand? You might find that special something you've been looking for, or something to brighten up your day.
