|We missed you too, but we are now open and ready to serve our izakaya style food and some great sake|
It's always nice to have a bit of a break, some of us headed back to Japan to visit family and friends, some of us braved the heat wave in Perth, some of us stayed home and chilled. But now we are back, well rested and eager to deliver a year of great dinners and inspiring drinks!
If you missed it at the end of last year we are now presenting our summer menu, so drop by and sample the goods.
This summer we invite you to dine on confit duck leg with plum wine sauce and watercress with raw asparagus salad, tsukune stuffed bitter melon with cheddar cheese and teriyaki sauce and spicy black vinegar karaage chicken.
Enjoy with avocado cream cheese and pine nuts with miso mustard vinaigrette, homemade pickled whole cherry tomato and asparagus tofu with tomato jus.
Summer begs for cool crisp sake to enjoy with our izakaya style fare, we recommend a glass of Otokoyama Junmai - dry and crisp with herbal undertones makes a great aperitif or accompaniment to sashimi or maybe a Kikusui Junmai Ginjo with hints of melon, pear and anise.
