|At Kumo we are well prepared for the arrival of Spring with our new seasonal menu now available.||
Kumo Head Chefs Akimi Iguchi & Eriko Hamabe have been looking forward to working with a feast of Spring produce.
They've rustled up an Asparagus & Tomato Surinagashi (Japanese style puree soup), Sweet corn & cabbage okomomi gratin, Grilled lamb cutlets with salted plum & panko crumb, Kingfish & Sea Urchin sashimi with ponzu mousse and our Seared scallop sashimi with ume tomato salsa, wonton chips and daikon shoots is a virtual palette of Autumnal colours!
